Pam has got to be one of the most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She doesn’t listen and ignores the customers concerns. She is unprofessional and rude and should stay behind the computer and not have any interaction with customers at all. This has been an ongoing problems for YEARS and I wish CVS would do something about it. The other lady that works back there is absolutely fabulous.
I am new to the area. I was initially concerned about going here after reading some negative reviews but I am pleased I gave it a try. The pharmacist and staff were great. Very professional and caring. My prescription was filled quickly, and correctly. Price was great as well. Store was very clean and organized. I tried two other national-branded pharmacies before I found this CVS. This is my new pharmacy.
I had my Rx transferred here in January and now my Rx has been sent there again without my consent. CVS says just use their internet site or app. The damn site and app don't recognize the CVS I use in NJ. Running out of needed meds...
Only one star from me. I was informed that I couldn't get my medication because I dont live in the port Charlotte area. So I guess people who travel are not allowed to use cvs pharmacy in port Charlotte area. Had no problems in other county's or states getting my medicine. They refused to give me my medication at this location leaving me to suffer.
