Representative did not greet me. I stated to her that I had a pick up but my new insurance needs to be updated. She ignored me and continued to grab my prescriptions and started ringing them up. I said again , u need my insurance. The text I received says not fully covered. Her response was to give me the total dollar amount. So again I say…that may be less dollars because I have a new insurance carrier! Her response…we applied a coupon. Broken record…again I say a coupon may not be needed because I have insurance!
