Professional, warm, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, fast
I just had a disappointing experience at this CVS due to a lack of professionalism from one of the employees (John). When I asked for help finding the blood pressure cuffs, his initial response was sarcastic "oh, you couldn’t find them?” which felt unnecessary. After showing me where they were, I asked if CVS sold water pills or diuretics over the counter because I use them for fluid retention related to a heart condition. Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy. Pharmacist is extremely rude to customers in simple interactions. She is the reason I won’t come back.
Long lines. One untrained cashier. Impersonal service. Didn't have change for cash. Wouldn't recommend. Won't be going back.
This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. My insurance requires me to fill at a cvs and this is the one near me but they are always out of stock of so many things, with ordering taking weeks if at all. They are supposed to fill 90 day prescriptions but they run out for 30 days and when I tell them it's wrong they say my insurance doesn't allow 90 days.
