I am grateful for the excellent customer service I received from the pharmacist and the cashier today. My doctor called in the wrong prescription and the pharmacist, a young man with red hair, offered great ideas for my allergy relief. The cashier, a young gentleman, saved me money by getting the five dollar a month CVS Subscription plan. I wish I would have written down their names, but hopefully if they see this, they will recognize the kudos:-)
The pharmacist was extremely helpful with my allergy questions because my doctor called in the wrong prescription for me. He referred to my Medical history and offered a few more suggestions that I gratefully accepted. The cashier was super friendly and found a way for me to save money with the CVS monthly subscription. I wish I would have written down their names.
THE WORST pharmacy in Huntington, WV. They send your scripts to 3rd parties who does not follow up and does so without your consent and they tie up your meds and refuse to forward them to another pharmacy who CAN fill them. Disgusting display of arrogance and corporate greed from the JC pharmacist who refused to help.
