rude pharmacy people. lady sounds like from india, got mad at me because i didnt know i have to sign in to their system to get help. nobody explained to me what to do exactly. i normally wait at the counter and theyll come ask for personal info. instead of explaining how the new system works, indian lady started yelling at me. i left and i pulled all my meds and transfered all of it to walgreens in auburn. i will never go back to these rude unprofessional pharmacy people!
Their in-person service is great. I have been going here for years. But the AI that picks up the phone for them is frustratingly incompetent. There is no way to talk to a real person, so you're forced to go in person. Unfortunately I am too sick to go in-person this time, and I have a question about my medication.
They’ve implemented an AI system to make it impossible to talk to someone and get basic information. Modern day dystopia level bad.
Super disorganized. Meds never available on time, or at all. Looks so messy, like a orders house. Very poor customer service.
