Love the attention to the customer at this CVS. I have two homes; Florida and here, but I will truly say, the wonderful person that helped me with both getting my prescription and responding immediately to an issue I brought casually regarding the notifications I was not receiving, he did not let me go until he made sure I was not having this problem in the future. He was wonderful and caring. Loved the service at this location!
Today I picked up my husband’s prescription at CVS, 26301 104th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98030. The staff member who helped me, Vy, appeared very tired and spoke to me in a loud, harsh tone, without a smile or any courtesy. I felt as though she was shouting at me, and her attitude made me feel upset and disrespected. Although I stayed calm and chose to walk away, I believe this behavior is unprofessional and not what I expect from CVS customer service.
