CVS app is horrible. Inconsistent texts when a medication is ready for pick up, one month a medication is eligible for delivery then the next month it isn’t, rude staff member hung up on me twice yesterday. Then when I went down there in person, he claimed he didn’t even though my phone shows incoming call from CVS and the call ended after one second. They changed the way you pickup your medicines. The old way of just telling them your name and birthday quietly was much more private. Now you walk up to a rather large screen and type in your info. Literally everyone around you can see your info. The workers are unfriendly and seem to be getting lazier and lazier than ever.
CVS app is horrible.
