Joshua from the pharmacy was awful. No initial greeting. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Shouted “ma’am” over and over to get my attention as I was scanning my barcode on the tablet. Very disappointing interaction.
Liz who works in the pharmacy at CVS is fantastic. She is always extremely helpful and kind!!! Give that girl a raise.
Employees are great. But the general business practice is not to have a human answer the phone in any way, ever. The automated system is designed by the dude that did the original narrows bridge.
