I take a brand name med. Several times I have asked for a note to be put on my account. There is no note and this time they actually deleted my prescription being filled clear back to 2024. I called my doctor it was sent in for brand name originally. They deleted and only documented off brand. This is frustrating.
Recently had all my prescriptions transferred from Riteaid closing and everything went smoothly. CVS is very efficient and professional. It’s nice having the option of a drive thru to pick up my prescriptions.
