I'm already ashamed that I have to take buprenorphine for opioid use disorder and the employee there decided to embarrass me by saying out loud in front of everyone that my Suboxone is ready and that I need your ID for the Suboxone and that it'll cost 7 for the mylan which is generic for Suboxone. Went in for my flu shot for work...reserved a slot online, checked in with my phone and was in and out, quick and painless...
They are way understaffed. On a Saturday morning and there is only 2 employees working in the pharmacy. Wait times to talk to someone was approximately 20-30 minutes each time. The workers were definitely doing their best but unfortunately they were way way understaffed
CVS in target has went down hill. Im definitely going to be changing my pharmacy!! After taking all of rite aid customers and the whole team of staff changing. I would not recommend anyone going there!! The staff are unorganized and don’t know what or where they are looking for prescription. The lines are wrapped around aisles and uncontrollably.
