They are way understaffed. On a Saturday morning and there is only 2 employees working in the pharmacy. Wait times to talk to someone was approximately 20-30 minutes each time. The workers were definitely doing their best but unfortunately they were way way understaffed
CVS in target has went down hill. Im definitely going to be changing my pharmacy!! After taking all of rite aid customers and the whole team of staff changing. I would not recommend anyone going there!! The staff are unorganized and don’t know what or where they are looking for prescription. The lines are wrapped around aisles and uncontrollably. Wait times are Ridiculously long ! Staff are rude : there was 3 miniures before they go to lunch and the lady told me I needed to hurry up so she can go take her lunch ! Just ridicu... read more
Unacceptable behaviour! I had made an appointment for a vaccine Saturday morning and I drove 40 minutes to get there only to be informed by a polite employee that he was the only one on duty, that they are understaffed and that there was no one to give me my vaccine!! He asked me to come back on Monday instead as a walk in… so it was all in vein! I asked why didn’t they call me or sent a message and he just shrugged his shoulders. Very disappointed with cvs..
