I'd give zero stars if I could. Fire your trash ai assistant and hire real people to answer your phones. It won't let me speak to a person to verify the service I need can be provided at your location with out a dob. Except wait. I have no account on file and must have a valid account to speak with a person. Enter endless loop.
This CVS was very helpful. I appreciate their care and concern.
As a long time customer of this pharmacy I would have to say since Sandy & her wonderful staff left. The customer service & atmosphere has went from wonderful & amazing to. I dont look forward to picking up my prescription because
