I’m new to CVS Bonney Lake since Rite-Aid closed. Great experience so far. Quick prescription turnaround. I love the App for refills and tracking as well as updates on prescription status. Staff is very kind and expedient.
This pharmacy and I have been through a lot together with the amount of prescriptions I have for my chronic disease. We had some rough patches but as soon as we learned what was causing issues with my prescriptions they completely stepped up and have gone above and beyond to communicate with me as much as possible. This is place so unorganized! This is the THIRD prescription I had filled and when I went to pick it up they couldn't find where it was placed after they filled it! HORRIBLE!!!
