I was fortunate enough to arrive when the pharmacy was not busy but a line was forming as I left, maybe because the staff was answering my questions.
This CVS is so poorly run, every time I have to fill a prescription here I feel like I’m on a hidden camera prank show. I don’t think it’s the poor staff- I think it’s the greedy corporation who has understaffed their employees and not upgraded their infrastructure. The CVS app is SUCH a joke!!! The staff all seem burned out and exhausted. Shame on you CVS. What a horrible company.
Prepare to wait in a line that wraps around the store. Registers are always down. When you reach the front your prescription may or may not be ready even after receiving a confirmation text. If you have questions, good luck. They leave one person at the register (who seems completely unbothered with no sense of urgency) to scramble around and look for prescriptions on top of assisting the customers.. While a bunch are in the back carrying on. It’s almost always like this.
