They mess up my prescription EVERY time. Now I'm out of my meds again and have to get my doctor to call in a new prescription again. Even my provider is annoyed. Do better CVS. I'm switching pharmacies because of how terrible this one is. The staff doesn't even try to be helpful.
I’ve never had a problem with the CVS, they are always courteous and try to fill my RX in a timely manner. Staff has always gone above and beyond when I’m out of a prescription, trying to get it filled ASAP.
If you have the option to use another pharmacy, do it. The Pharmacists here seem terminally confused about this and their helpfulness is typically low. Recently they have gotten rid of the phone option to speak with someone directly so your only option is to go there in person or leave a voice mail. Getting prescriptions refilled can be challenging.
