Really good experience today! In the past, I tried using a discount card hoping to get a lower price. It did not work. However, that card stayed on my account along with my main prescription insurance information. I went in to pick up 2 prescriptions today and they were priced very high. Rebecca was amazingly helpful! She realized they had been charged to the discount card and not my insurance plan. She was clearly concerned and eager to get the correct pricing for me. Nice new team! Great that it’s staffed!
They mess up my prescription EVERY time. Now I'm out of my meds again and have to get my doctor to call in a new prescription again. Even my provider is annoyed. Do better CVS. I'm switching pharmacies because of how terrible this one is. The staff doesn't even try to be helpful.
