The pharmacy staff that i spoke to on 4/10/2019 was unbelievably rude. Told me to take a picture of my insurance card, text it to the person picking up it up for me. She seemed rushed and annoyed that I was trying to pay for my prescription up front instead of holding up lines at 5pm tonight.
I lived down the street from CVS in Woonsocket, RI where they train employees and recently moved to Wisconsin. The ladies that checked me out at the Velp store were TERRIBLE! The computer was acting up and wouldn't accept some of the coupons that I had and the 2 women were super rude and accusatory that I was not buying what matched the picture on the coupons even though the wording on the coupons was EXACTLY what I bought.
