Efficient-friendly-professional!
Went to pick Meds for my wife and I after getting the automated confirmation that they were ready for pick up. They were not ready as usual. Most of the staff at this location are very rude and seem to be irritated to have to help/do their job. We've asked to have are card on file for payment several times never happens. The level of incompetence at this location is the only 5 star I would give. Suggest looking elsewhere for your Pharmacy needs as are we.
How likely am I to share my POOR experience with friends and family?......(Extremely Likely..10) Below are the encounters / experiences we received today when picking up our prescription's; *Pharmacy technician / Cashier: 1. While waiting our turn in line we could overheard the customer in front of us ask the pharmacy tech how her day was going, her response was "it could be better" in a very sour tone.
