I arrived at 1:10 PM to get my prescriptions. There were four people in front of me. I got to the window at 1:30 with nobody behind me and the pharmacist said the pharmacy closes at 1:30 for lunch and refused to take my coupon and check me out which would’ve taken a total of two minutes. I like to support local businesses, but if you have other options, I would not recommend this Pharmacy
Plan on fighting other people for a parking spot, waiting in line for 10-45 mins and then getting to the front of the line only to find out that (even though the wonderful CVS app notified you that your prescriptions were ready) your prescriptions have not been filled due to some nebulous reason that only CVS pharmacists are aware of (but can never satisfactorily explained). I thought the Milpas CVS was bad, this one is headed in the same direction.
How could a company run the only major pharmacy in town and be so dirty, so run down, and have such inconsiderate people in the Pharmacy? Really they are so lucky they have no competition. Anyone who has a chronic issue should get their medicines through the mail.
