Always professional customer service, including text team when my meds are ready
They put a flag on my renewable prescription because my insurance doesn’t cover it. I have to explain every month that I pay out of pocket. I have to jump through hoops just to get it refilled and it’s extremely frustrating to keep going through this.
Very friendly team. They make sure that you get you medications on time. The are pretty good with following up with the doctors whenever there is a new medication.
