OMG What a service…a terrible experience…The staff have not been trained.
I required a prescription transfer from Walgreens to CVS Thursday of last week. I was told I was going to receive a call if there were any problems or when the medication was ready I personally had to go in today to inquire about the prescription and it was already completed and filled with no response from CVS poor follow up
