Needed a script transferred. They told me 24 hours. I called after the 24 hours and they said they waited too late to call the other pharmacy and they aren't open on weekends. I'm now without meds away from home because of CVS's lazy negligence. Very rude and completely unacceptable. I'm going to corporate with this.
CVS that's inside of Target with kind staff and quick service
The staff was very friendly and helped me get my prescriptions in one place closer to home, with more convenience.
I must say that, Juan, the pharmacist (no longer working at this location) was one of the nicest people that I’ve ever met. He was kind, caring and compassionate. But the pharmacy manager, valarie I would give a one star. I am a pain management patient (post total colectomy and 5 back fusions with complications) and have been getting my prescriptions filled there since I moved to Florida. Valerie took it upon herself and said she would no longer be filling those prescriptions. And she took it one step further by “ flagging” ... read more
