I came in to transfer my prescriptions from a Walgreens to CVS park Street. The first pharmacy employee looked at me, walked away, and said to another employee, "Do you want this one or that one?" No "hi." No "how can I help you?" The pharmacist assisted me. She was rude, dismissive, and was bitter. I asked questions about how the process works to transfer prescriptions. She was impatient and seemed put out about my questions. Horrible first experience. It can only get better from here on. I hope.
Needed a script transferred. They told me 24 hours. I called after the 24 hours and they said they waited too late to call the other pharmacy and they aren't open on weekends. I'm now without meds away from home because of CVS's lazy negligence. Very rude and completely unacceptable. I'm going to corporate with this.
