I switched to this location from Walgreens for convenience. Big mistake. I had my workers comp card, ready to start the process . The first cashier was confused as to what I was requesting. He gave me a hand written note saying that he needed more information. I said that that information He was requesting was on my card. He said no and brushed me off and started helping someone else.
