Yeah cvs has fallen off with me they have become automated and it sucks and they close the whole pharmacy for a whole hour for lunch when I remember that they use to stay open during business hours rotating the staff so the pharmacy doesn't have to close so people can get their life saving meds but no not cvs they say so what you need it ASAP at times we are on luch your screwed till we come back and there is no speaking to anyone at all they direct you to the automated machine no one to show you how to use it nothing, they ... read more

Dylan(I think thats how its spelled, if not, sorry) in the pharmacy on Broadway in chula vista is very knowledgeable and helpful. Made getting vaccines easy as could be.
Terrible customer service—in terms of attitude, wait times, and problem resolution. I have gone months without being able to receive my refills because they can't even be bothered to check the system to see what is going on. They don't resolve anything, even when the doctor confirms that the prescription has already been sent to the pharmacy. I am pregnant and waited in line for over 30 minutes to be assisted—as did people with disabilities.
