I was charged 4:39 cents for rubbing alcohol that is in sane
Every time I go they screw something up or take an eternity to help you and fill a prescription even though it was called in. Not to mention majority of the employees are miserable...4 people working with no customers at the counter but no one could help me. Then when other customers come in they help them first!? Wth. It’s outlandish bs. I’m finding a new pharmacy.
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jeremy at the CVS in Douglassville... last night I had to print pics for my son’s (due next day �) project. Jeremy went out of his way to help this technologically challenged mom figure out how to get what I needed even tho it took me a good 30 minutes. He was patient and knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy. Great customer service!!
The ladies that worked today between 6-8 were super super nice !!!! I have not experienced that kindness at a drug store in a long time ! Thank you !!!
My girlfriend has been dealing with this same reoccurring problem over and over. When she has to get a script filled, the same short woman with glasses treats her as if she were a drug addict. At first I did not believe her but went with her the next time she needed her script filled and I witnessed it myself. She looked my girlfriend up and down and told her she would not fill it until speaking to a doctor within the next few days.
