Today I went through the drive through to get my prescription and was told that they no longer take coupons through the drive through and that in order to use the coupon I had to come in the building. This is absolutely ridiculous. I waited in line and was punished for wanting to save money on a prescription that my husband doesn’t have insurance for. The only person that I ever want to work with in this place is Alyssa. She is the only one that seems to care about the customers.
sandy is in some serious need of customer service training she is extremely rude and just walks away when you are trying to talk to her. super disappointed
Bad enough that I got a painful eye infection from Almay, worse that I tried to take it back and they print me a slip saying they won't accept returns from me. Really? That is why you have such bad reviews by the public. Look at your reviews. Shut all your stores down.
