Just left the store very dirty, cluttered and over priced. Why would anyone shop here.
Must be super understaffed. Sat on hold for a half hour to get hung up on. Called again to reach the front store then they transferred me to pharmacy and continued to sit on hold for another 10 minutes. Unacceptable. I was a CVS lead pharmacy technician for 5 years in Missouri. When i moved here CVS has the poorest service. I still haven’t reached a pharmacy technician or a pharmacist. This is why Walgreens has more business.
