Just picked up and paid for a prescription yesterday and was given a bad one as the pump would not dispense the prescription Retin-A. Brought back very next day to exchange, and pharmacist would not. Told me it was against policy and I would have to go find the pharmaceutical company who made it and get them to give me a free voucher first. I have shared on all my social media with a video showing the faulty product I was given. Thanks for the terrible customer service CVS! Your policies are garbage 👎🏼
Can't trust the prices on the shelves are going to be the prices you get at the register or that when you point it out that they are going to do a damn thing about it. Not the first time but it is now the last.
