they are always slow and backed up. Orders are not ready on time. they need to hire more people and train the ones they have in the skill of customer service. they make error or conveniently forget to fill everything. it is a shame they have been allowed to corner so much of the market. they own the insurance and the retail locations
My employer had change where we get our prescriptions filled through mail order. I got the new card in the mail and thought everything was good to go. I took my prescription to CVS and the girl wrote a transfer slip to transfer my prescriptions. I went back the next day to get them and there was a big problem between the two different mail order places. Tanya at the 5th and Bellevue PA location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to settle the issue. I am so grateful she was there. She deserves a raise after dealing with my problem.
Issues getting a script filled. Back order from manufacturer. Cvs called my home number instead of my cell. Even though I have told them not to atleast three times. Home number never used. Grrrrrr
I only go there to pick up medication needed immediately. The staff is pleasant and always busy. I know I have to wait or come back later.
Been coming here for years and it's definitely been going downhill for a while. There's always some sort of issue when we're there. Promised meds today by 3:30. Got there at 3:50 and it will be another 10-15 minutes. Ask again at 4:30. Make me get back in line. Finally got it at 4:45. Manager says "oh, we're very busy and someone is filling in". I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on
This place always smells like dirty cat litter. How is that even possible.
