I normally don’t give reviews, and I’m mixed about giving this one. I do business with the pharmacy and have never had any issues. Today I stopped in to pick up a few things and my 4yo had to go to the bathroom. I have never seen a more disgusting bathroom. There was poop all over the toilets, sinks obviously haven’t been cleaned in years they are stained so brown. I reported it to the clerk and she could hardly believe it...seriously. All I wanted was diapers!! Store hours are posted right by the door. They still close when ever they feel like it. I showed up 10 till 10. Got by baby out of the car seat and was watching the store clerk lock the doors in my face. I got back in the car and both my cell phone and car clock both said 6 till 10pm. I am so disappointed and will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Really..ya'll suck..it takes forever on 19th and milwaukee..
I have used this pharmacy since 2005. Over the past year the service has become really bad! They have lost my prescription for my infant, I have stood in line inside over 20 minutes waiting on medicine that was already filled, I have set in the drive through behind cars for over 20 minutes because they said they were have insurance problems with different customers, and prescriptions that were called in from the doctor an hour and half before I went to pick them up were still not ready! Until the service returns we will not ... read more
