They really ought to tell the people working in the pharmacy here about a little thing called HIPPA so they don’t disclose and discuss your medications from across the room where everyone can hear.
Called cvs to ask if they carried childrens stool softener. I was on hold for over 17min, and transfered between 6 different staff....during this hold period i was able to DRIVE to cvs, walked thru the store still on hold, and found the product myself.
I'm from out of state and never had my prescription filled at a CVS before. Needed my scrip refilled, know problem. Very courteous and friendly .
