I waited for 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. I also do not want to pick up my Meds from a place doing test for Corbin 19. This is not good several cars like me finally left.
I had a coupon that wouldn’t load to my card, I asked the cashier to honor it and she said no. With Walgreens and RiteAid right there you think they would be more courteous. That was my last time shopping there!
The staff has been really rude lately. The tech (Kelli) told me that it was to far to walk to another computer to check for a refill, it would take her to much time... what the hell is going on here? Refills are never ontime and god forbid you have a question, the pharmacy manager told me to leave my question and he would get back to me.... ahhh NO. In the process of moving ALL our scripts to another location.
I am very happy with the customer service I receive at the pharmacy inside the Richboro, PA CVS. Everyone is friendly and knowledgable. They just hired a new girl, Sam,. and she is a real sweetheart. Talking to her makes my day brighter.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Been coming here for years but after today's experience...NEVER AGAIN! The most insensitive person I have come across in along time...not only blurting out what the medication names were but what they were for. She did this with 2 different meds. If I needed to know (which I didn't since the meds are not new to us), I would have asked to go to the cubby. Also maybe she should get a clue...not all meds are used for what they supposed to be for! Her apology was as useful as a used tissue.
They have Minute Clinic now!
