We have been using this pharmacy for at least 8 years. In the past year this pharmacy never has the same staff working, cannot do anything they say they are doing to fill a script, and will blame the drs office every time. I've had trouble with refills, authorizations, and availability of medicine. Worst pharmacy ever!
You guys really suck at filling prescriptions. Please get your act together, and do your job right the first time. You've given my mother and myself the wrong medications multiple times, and we shouldn't have to waste our gas to drive up there to fix the problem.
Wow! IS THIS PLACE A FREAKIN JOKE OR WHAT!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY PERIOD! THEY ARE RUTHLESS AND RUDE. VERY BAD PLACE. I WAS A CUSTOMER AT MEDICAP PHARMACY AND THEY HAD CLOSED AND WE WENT TO CVS AND BOY LET ME TELL YOU RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I TRANSFERRED OUT! THE HELL WITH THEM PEOPLE. AND GLAD TO SE THE ONE SWEET TECH FROM MEDICAP HAD LEFT THEM! GOOD FOR YOU SWEETIE!
