So I went in to get my prescription, the lady at the counter was very rude. I got to the counter she said “who are we picking up for?” I said “me (I told her my birthday)” she said “yeah, I need a name” then proceeded to be snappy and telling me to “push the green button” as if I didn’t already do so and the computer was taking a while to realize I “pushed the green button”. Stay away from this place. Two older ladies work here, and I don’t think they know what they’re doing. They were very rude for no apparent reason. They gave the wrong medications in the prescription, and when I asked them about it, they responded, “Are you a doctor?” lol, Anyone with eyes and common sense could tell they gave the wrong quantity. I’m never going back to them again.
Been getting our scripts at CVS Target for a while always find the staff is very helpful, informative and friendly. Shout out to Cameron, Elaine and Leah the pharmacists. They are wonderfully helpful and check all medication compatibility's. Thanks so much.
My T1d son is visiting from another state and had pump issues and needed insulin. There was insurance issue and when the lady behind the counter was asked how to maneuver this issue or who she suggests he calls, she audibly scoffed, slammed the insulin in the counter and walked away. She wasn’t wearing a name tag and when my husband asked what her name was, she didn’t answer, he asked again and she refused. Insulin is a life sustaining drug for some my son.
