VERY disappointed with a recent CVS visit. I was picking up a script for GOUT in my foot (first awful experience). Had to limp through the parking lot & into the store only to find there were no working scooters (both were charging?). Script bottle did not have directions on the label - they were on a separate piece of paper (?)
When we got our first dose of Hepatitis A vaccine, we were told we can schedule our next one in 6 months minimum. We scheduled our next one. It was canceled without explanation and when we got to the pharmacy they were not very helpful and we were told we are not eligible and we are scheduled for April instead. This was a surprise as we weren’t informed of the appointment. We were told it’s a corporate thing. We were not informed or even received an email about the new appointment.
