I've had consistent issues at this pharmacy, always when Jennifer [pharmacist] is on duty. She and the technicians never acknowledge customers—no eye contact, no greeting, just leaving you wondering if they even see you. On my last visit, I waited 35 minutes while a technician struggled to explain a charge for one of my RXs that have always been $0. Jennifer eventually stepped in, only to realize she had been looking at a different prescription instead, causing even more delays. Meanwhile, the line behind me grew frustrated.... read more
