I was not impressed. The pharmacy technicians need to learn people skills.
They treated me like a junkie today!! I'm leaving the country and had approval from my doctor and my insurance company to get a vacation authorization refills. They wanted a copy of my flight schedule AND wanted me to call my doctor to call them. My insurance company said If they have a problem give them our 1-800 authorization number. The pharmacy manager threw the prescription at me.10 minutes later rite ade filled it! Same meds for 12 years and they question my integrity? I will not stop until I get a apology!
