cannot even get through to pharmacy. waited on hold for 14 min and then they disconnected me. called back and waited on hold forever. ridiculous. if you cant manage the volume of people, calls or prescriptions, then operate as so. and they just don't care. so over it. transferring right out of this crappy service.
I got diagnosed with the flu today and the doctor called tamiflu in for me. This was 45 minutes before my arrival at CVS. I go in, sit and wait for about 10 minutes (making this 55 minutes now waiting for my px), only for them to tell me that they don’t have tamiflu. So let me get this straight- y’all had 55 minutes to just take ONE SECOND to check if a prescription is available or not available and you couldn’t do that?
