Pharmacist & Techs are always very helpful & respectful at CVS. They always send texts when your script is ready for pick up or if they have any questions regarding your medicine!
On Tuesday and Wednesday 3/4 and 3/5/25 my husband and I each had a prescription called into an incorrect pharmacy. Sally the pharmacist in charge did everything possible to correct this even though it was not her fault. She fixed our 2 problems and even made time to speak with me when I picked up the prescriptions. This was a wonderful experience especially since they are so busy.
Those higher up need to stop lining their pockets and start paying to properly staff these places. Today I had the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a pharmacy and it’s because they’re severely understaffed. That is not fair to the workers OR the customers. I even watched customers walk out of line because they were tired of waiting. My prescriptions were completely mishandled which led to me making multiple trips today. Do better, people over profit.
The post office misplaced my meds. The pharmacist helped track them down and get them delivered right away. So grateful.
