CVS needs to stop trying to get rid of employees. I don’t want to enter my name on a screen when I go into the pharmacy so CVS can have hire less employees. I don’t need to catch an illness or disease from everyone touching the screen to help CVS’s bottom line. You stand in line to get your prescription, the person in front of you is done; the employee is standing right in front of you, instead of asking your name, they walk away and tell you to enter your name on the screen while they do something else. 2026-07-28: The pharmacist refused to fill my Rx to be billed under military health insurance (VA or Tricare). She wouldn't even take the script.
The pharmacist is terrible
I asked the cashier (lady) to honor the online price and she said that she can do, but she will not do it. Probably because not reason why.
