This pharmacy is the best I've ever used. The pharmacists will advocate for you with insurance and the techs are so pleasant. The staff here should be recognized by the company for their work.
This particular CVS pharmacy is wonderful! The team member who helped me was pleasant, courteous and very professional. She listened to me explain a problem I had at a different CVS and solved it in less than 5 minutes. The pharmacist noted a possible allergy issue with the medication and spoke to me, which I appreciated. This CVS store is now my preferred pharmacy on record. This location deserves an A++

Always greeted when walking into CVS on Virginia Street, Crystal Lake. The pharmacy is so friendly and willing to assist with any questions we may have. Today I met Richard, at the front desk. What a help he was. He re-enrolled me in the CVS CarePlus which dropped the cost of my purchase today. We changed insurance this year and could have gone to a closer pharmacy but we have had such great experience at CVS and the staff there cannot be beat!
