I asked the cashier (lady) to honor the online price and she said that she can do, but she will not do it. Probably because not reason why.

Your staff shouldn't be angry and rude with customers calling in on the provider queue when new bot won't answer simple questions. You're trusted with a key part of people's medical care, an approach of "we don't talk to patients anymore" is unacceptable. While I don't have a choice of using a different pharmacy at the present time, I'll be logging a complaint with my company (one of many, I'm sure) in hopes they find a different provider next year.

Needed to buy insulin needles for my sick grandmother that doesn’t get out of the house and they wouldn’t sell them to me. Pharmacist lied to me saying she needs to see a prescription for insulin needles. DO NOT COME HERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

The women who work here are the most unprofessional and unkind pharmacy staff. On top of that, today the pharmacist told a complete lie. Apparently I’m not the only person this pharmacist has blatantly lied to if you read through previous reviews. I went to get my husband's prescription filled after he had oral surgery from a tooth infection, and she told me she could not fill the medication because he had just gotten another pain medication filled and that she had to call the doctor to see why he had another pain pill calle... read more
