Honestly, not all CVS is the same. The pharmacist and the pharmacy tech here are so willing to help and explain things for you. They take time with you. I felt cared for. As a new mom, I am unaware of many things when it comes to medicine, they made sure I understood how to use nebulizer and even what temperature to serve to him in. Now, this is my pharmacy even if it does not have the drive thru option
I have been using this pharmacy for the last 5 years and am happy with them. Both pharmacists here are caring and spend the time looking into any issues you have. I have had to go to other locations on occasion due to the limited hours, and smaller inventory, but those are issues of the cvs system and this location.
