I have been to multiple CVS locations in the Asheville area and have moved my scripts several times. My last CVS store in Swannanoa has been the best one yet. The staff are friendly and caring. Questions are answered and solutions given. I get my meds filled and ready for me to be picked up in a timely manner. Drive through staff are sweet, happy with a smile on their faces and professional in their assistance to the customer. They don’t make the customer feel like a burden. When I couldn’t find something I wanted not only did they tell me where to find it. They took me almost all the way there so they had someone else they needed to help.
Excellent pharmacy staff. Knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Great store.
I am so grateful for the assistance and support at this location of CVS - the pharmacy has really helped me and always has what I need. They are quick to fill my scripts and communicate with me. I cannot say this about other area CVS locations but the Swannanoa location is stellar.
