Very professional service clean and nice safe place
I was in a hurry but stopped in for a quick snack. The cashier Michael was friendly, effectively multi-tasking and best of all, moving the older customers along very quickly AND POLITELY while listening to them. He treated everyone as if they were the only customer there, but managed to keep everyone happy. It was encouraging seeing a younger person working so hard to be respectful and fast! They have excellent customer service. They also have quick & accurate service too.
Friendly service with the regulars I've been here for many years so they now us by name.
Right after surgery the pharmacy stated it would be 4 hours before I could fill my pain medicine. I am a pharmacy tech and I know that in certain circumstances prescriptions can be rushed faster than 3-4 hours no matter how busy you might be. I don't expect to get it the same moment I drop it off but 3-4 hours is just unsympathetic. I hope they can improve in the future
One day I will become the mayor to this joint and add another notch to my belt for being the best mayor to run the town of winter haven mark my words. There is no stopping me. The store is mine!
