Friendly staff. No wait time on callback. Went out of the way to assist.
One pharmacist with no help on a Saturday. Do better CVS. Kayla was doing her best, and it took 30 minutes to be assisted.
Today, I called to request a refill-the ‘scrip’s label listed zero refills. The pharmacist on duty had the personality of a cold fish-zero customer service skills. Although it turned out that I still had an additional bottle of the med I requested a refill for, and I apologized, the pharmacist was abrupt and unpleasant. On most occasions, the pharmacy staff are helpful and kind. Butter would not melt in the mouth of the pharmacist I spoke to this afternoon.
