I have been going to this pharmacy for about five months, and every time I have asked to reprocess my medications with coupons instead of going through insurance, I have been met with resistance and condescending remarks about the inconvenience. Customer service is not a top priority. Some staff great, weekends are rough. The young man that looks like Chester Bennington if he never made it, is very unpleasant. Been in customer service 20 years, smiling and showing care for your job is just the basics.
Updated 13 June. Wait times are ridiculous. New ‘improved’ check in is slow, laggy, worse than a Samsung tablet. Why did you force this on your customers??? Are you trying to make us go to Walgreens? Mission accomplished !!!
Staff assisted me with a prescription that was canceled because I didn't pick it up on time. Completely my fault, but I'm glad the effort was put in to assist and happy the order was to be filled. They were so patient about it as well!
