Got the most updated Co id and fly vaccines. Easy to schedule online. Got in/out in minutes. Staff was great. Janelle was friendly, a bit funny , professional and took great care of me!!!
The new tablets at the counter are a mess. It was much easier and more efficient to simply provide a name and DOB to the staff. Now people that don't know how to use a screen slow the process down as well as the dumb questions that must be answered via the tablet queries. If you want a vaccination, go somewhere else like Safeway or Walgreens. I made an appointment for a simple flu vaccine but upon arrival and checking in online, it still took 40 min to be seen, and other customers that walked up to the counter to get a vacci... read more
Always a long line, always seem to be short staffed, and the employees are incredibly rude. The bicker with each other, and are rude to customers.
