Stop raising prices, stop changing your stores around, stop changing products. I can never find what I'm looking for anymore.
My husband called this morning and ordered some prescriptions. We arrived to pick them up 6.5 hours after we were told they would be ready. Only one of our five items were ready. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. After an hour and 20 minutes of waiting with our two month old and four year old we finally received our items just to find out that we were missing one prescription that we specifically mentioned that morning on the phone. We spent over $1,000 there last year alone and we will never go back to any CVS!
