This pharmacy is awesome. Although the Fletcher CVS location near me has a convenient drive-thru, there's no comparison in service and fill time between the two locations. The Target/McKenna road location is much faster; they're also very friendly and helpful.
Booked online for a vaccine appointment. Pharmacy tech was very sweet. She couldn’t find my appointment when I arrived so I showed her my confirmation email. She called the pharmacist over who was surprisingly very rude?? After realizing they don’t even have the vaccine in stock, she was not apologetic at all. Will not be coming back!
The staff is friendly and helpful. All of my medications are for depression and sleeping. Sometimes I have to wait more than one day for Armodafinil 50 MG tablets.
They are always understaffed but the ladies who work there have ALWAYS been VERY kind to me. Remembering and asking about my daughter, etc. I do feel so bad for the ladies though. I wish they had more help.
Pharmacy Tech Jessie and the Usual Pharmacist on Duty are Always Wonderful! Sorry I didn’t get the pharmacist name, but she was very accommodating to my request for info on Vaccinations needed before international travel. I’m sure she was very busy but she didn’t hesitate for one minute to accommodate my requests. I go to this location monthly for scheduled refills and always get exceptional service
