Lack of courteousness.
The pharmacy team is exceptional…kind, compassionate, informative, accurate. They answer questions you didn’t even know to ask!
I arrived at 7:55, the store closes at 8 but the doors were already locked. I needed this prescription so I knocked on the door twice and the girl behind the counter finally, very slowly and rudely while rolling her eyes, came over and kicked the exit door open for me to grab and walk through while turning and walking away saying nothing. The pharmacist was polite but the girl behind the counter needs another job outside of customer service. 8 is 8. If you want to close at 7:55 change your hours.
The service is good here, but it is BUSY. Pack some patience if you come anytime in the afternoon from about 3:30-6:30. You WILL wait at least 5-10 minutes or more. Overall, the store is clean, well-stocked, and the associates are friendly.
Everyone at this store is very friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable about everything! They are just great! And this store seems to have everything I need!! They go out of their way to help!!
