This CVS is shit. I brought my prescription, pre-filled syringe, penicillin here. They gave me the medication and told me I could do this injection on my own to my butt. I checked inside of the bag but there is no clear instruction in it so I got back there and told the pharmacist there was no instruction. He coldly told me it was there and it’s self injection. The pharmacy team is VERY RUDE AND NASTY WHEN THEY CALL YOU BACK. THEY HANG UP ON THE CUSTOMER, AND THEY DON'T WANT TO ASSIST WITH Calling for the patient, everyone is not computer or cellphone savvy and the older people need help! They doynt want to help them. Ans they rush you off the phone, the black gorl is the worse! They need a whole new line up of staff in the pharmacy location.asap! 1618 North Olden Ave
