The pharmacy team is VERY RUDE AND NASTY WHEN THEY CALL YOU BACK. THEY HANG UP ON THE CUSTOMER, AND THEY DON'T WANT TO ASSIST WITH Calling for the patient, everyone is not computer or cellphone savvy and the older people need help! They doynt want to help them. Received my flu shot and latest covid booster shots today and everything was very smooth and professional!
Cvs was supposed to deliver my medicine yesterday. I never got. I received a generic call yesterday evening to pick up my medicine. I ordered Uber and went. They insisted it was maiked yesterday noon, the day I was supposed to re receive it. The pharmacist was so indifferent and insisted she cannot do anything, even if the medicine was lost. I told her i could have a heart attack. And her answer was I can't do anything. So much for the #1 drugstore in America. No wonder you are closing so many stores if this is the attitude ... read more
