The fact that they NEVER answer the phone! EVERY time I call lately, I wait for up to 20 minutes before I finally give up and hang up. It's getting ridiculous! The people inside are very nice and whatnot, but I'm tired of not being able to call in my mom's or my medicine! One time for this to happen is understandable. But they act like it'll break their arm recently to answer the phone!
