We've been waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, just to pick up prescriptions; stuck between vehicles. I called inside to find out the hold up, she says they're testing for COVID-19. GET ADDITIONAL STAFF FOR THAT AND DO IT SEPARATELY FROM CUSTOMERS TRYING TO JUST PICK UP MEDICATION!!! THE INDIVIDUAL WHO PICKED UP THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! There are no signs pulling up to the drive thru, stating this is what is going on.
Shoutout to Ana...she’s always so kind and helpful. I love seeing her face when I go in!
The manager Kelly is rude and lacks good customer service skills.

We have always had great service here. Always greeted nicely and the folks in the pharmacy are outstanding!!!
Absolutely awful pharmacy! The pharmacist REFUSED to tell me any possible side effects for a drug that my TEN MONTH OLD daughter had never taken. She interrogated me for her even needing the drug to begin with, called her an "it" when referring to her and then told me "it doesn't matter" when I asked the possible side effects to look out for. Never had such a horrible experience.
