I'm not usually one to complain, but myself and other family members have had a long list of problems at this CVS including a) not receiving orders directly from doctors to fill prescriptions, b) having difficulty or outright refusing to transfer me/information to a different CVS, c) not filling medication that's supposedly already available, d) rude employees, and more. I used to have my prescriptions filled by Walgreens but that was a disaster - the store on East Lake Street would often close inexplicably or screw up the Rx. Since switching over to this CVS, I've been very pleased with their service. New prescriptions and refills are generally available within a few hours and I get text message alerts letting me know the status. For specialty drugs, I use their mail service to have them sent to me at home.
