I go to pick up my mediciation that I got a text was ready to be picked up, and then the pharmacist is saying I need a prescription for it. Then why tell me its ready for pick up?
Great service, especially if you use the CVS app. I had a great experience getting a vaccine I needed.
I am a nursing care coordinator. The CVS/Target internet information for this location states it is open until 10pm on a weekday evening. I called at 730pm asking if they could fill a prescription and the patient could pick it up before they close at 10pm. The pharmacy person said they close at 8pm. I said, OK, the patient can be there in 10 minutes, can you guarantee the prescription will be filled before 8pm? The pharmacy staff said, "We cannot guarantee anything."
