Fixed the few issues I had in the computer . Great staff! Very fast service.
I would sincerely like to thank Ahmed and the entire staff at CVS Pharmacy. For being professional, hardworking, and excellent customer service. As busy as they are everyone makes sure that my prescriptions are up to date.
The phone number provided is bad bad and very bad. There is no possibility to talk to anyone other than an AI. There is no touch tone options. It not ideal for anyone who doesn't speak English fluently or has difficult to speak. CVS is not providing necessary accommodation and not meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirement.
I was tired when I got to CVS as I use a walker but, once there the immunizations were a breeze. The lady was friendly, courteous and efficient. I was finished and on my way home in under ten minutes.
