I had an unfortunate experience with Darinne during my recent visit on 02/16 in the morning. When I asked about the status of my order and whether it could be completed while I was already there, she responded in a dismissive and condescending manner. When I asked if the items could be scanned since they were readily available, she refused without clearly explaining that they needed to be processed through insurance first. All of the stuffs are so strange and weird. I call them before I go there and they told me my medicines are ready , when I went there they told me my medicine is not available.
