horrible customer service both over the phone and in person. they keep you on hold for 10 years pick up the phone and say "cvs please hold" dont give you a chance to say ok. always out of stuff... tall need to switch over to Harris teeter. this cvs is 24 hours but succckkkkssss
They are so pathetic, need to just close it. Absolutely the WORST retail experience I have ever had
I have tried to fill prescriptions at this CVS repeatedly since I moved here six months ago. I have been met with rude behavior by the pharmacy staff at every visit. They have denied filling each prescription and made me track down Dr.s and insurance for approval. They tell you they can't fill a prescription for a couple more days then deny it on that day. Recently, I tried to fill a pain script from my surgeon after knee replacement. They put me off for days (til Saturday) then say they wont fill it without Dr authorization... read more
