Everyone I've encountered at this pharmacy has always been very kind, helpful, & informative. The reason I gave only 3 ☆'s is primarily because sometimes when the line is incredibly long, & there are SEVERAL employees working, often times no one comes up to the counter to help the one cashier who is desperately trying to get people through & on their way. This was the first time I felt so frustrated when asking for medication advice at a pharmacy! The employee, Jennifer, was very uncommunicative and dismissed me with just a few words. Her attitude was cold and dismissive! I told her I needed help because I was pregnant and had a terrible toothache, and I wanted to find the right dosage of Tylenol. I picked up a new medicine last week at the CVS Pharmacy on 29th and the pharmacist who spoke to me said at the front counter undescretely in a rather loud tone of voice it would counteract with the two pain medicines I take, and she proceeded to name the pain medicines, which made me feel uncomfortable because its nobody's business what pain medicine I'm on.
