This pharmacy is the worst nightmare, went for prescribed anti viral, did not have, was suppose to have next morning, called and was told it was in, called again to pick up since being very exposed to covid checking on procedure for keeping them safe was told the medication was not there after being told an hour earlier it was. Called another pharmacy to see if they would call to have prescription transferred and was no problem and they checked to be sure it was in stock. Absolutely the worst pharmacy. The staff and pharmacy manager were extremely rude. The system shows my rx filled 10/28/21 but is in process on 11/3/21. I'm out of my meds. They don't care and instead of notifying their patients they instead backdated the refills. Fraud!!!!! Then pharmacy manager got rude and told ME it was my job to contact them and remind them when the rx runs low or out. It is set on automatic refill!
