This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. For the past 4 months I do not get my medicines on time, which is crucial for me. I call and call and call and they never pick up the phones! I have to drive to the pharmacy just to be told they don’t have any of my medicines ready and that they will have them the next day. I go in last night and they have zero of the 4 prescriptions done and I’ve called 3 times today!!! I was just on hold for 45 min and someone picked up the phone and hung it up! This is ridiculous. I went to the C.V.S on Harrison and Tusc. Canton Ohio at 6:30 this morning. The elderly man that waited on me was the kindest, most helpful sales associate I have ever met. Observing that I still had a little trouble bending, he got my purchase from the bottom shelf and helped me carry things to the register. In this world of rudeness: it made my day. 5 stars to him. Thank you!
